What is it?

These Tip Sheets are the first in a series offered through the Comprehensive Cancer Control National Partnership (CCCNP) to assist Comprehensive Cancer Control (CCC) programs in revising cancer control plans tailored to their state/tribe/territory/jurisdiction.

Use the Tip Sheets to guide your coalition through updating your cancer plan. Each Tip Sheet in this initial series (HPV Vaccination, Tobacco Control, Colorectal Cancer Screening, and Addressing Risk Factors for Cancer Survivors) suggests key partners to engage, helps identify data sources to measure your efforts, gives examples of objectives and strategies for consideration, as well as provides a worksheet of questions to guide your process.
