Announcements

Every year in the U.S., nearly 5 million people are treated for skin cancer. Skin cancer can be serious, expensive, and sometimes even deadly. Fortunately, most skin cancers can be prevented.

Communities play a vital role in preventing melanoma. CDC has created some new tools to help you raise awareness across four community groups: families, employers, schools, and outdoor recreational facilities.

Attached is a sell sheet that provides a quick snapshot of the skin cancer suite of materials and infographics. For additional materials, including social media graphs and infographics, as well as ready-to-print PDFs in English and Spanish, please visit:  www.cdc.gov/cancer/skin
